In Mumbai
The results of matriculation examination in MP used to be declared much later than in Mumbai. He was worried about his admission in Mumbai. But luckily his admission was done in Ruparel College, Matunga. He scored high marks in the intermediate science exam at Ruparel College. He even did some sundry jobs like distributing leaflets house to house. And even worked in the design office of Blanden Cole & co., a small private company to help his mother.
I decided to go to BARC training school.
As a topper of BARC training school, he was sure about his placement in BARC in a division of his choice. So, he was assigned to Reactor Engineering Division (RED).
The Making of a Nuclear Weapon
He was also indulged in the mission of Pokhran-to make India a Nuclear weapon state. He began his work on the design of the device and in time things came under control. Soon the preparations activities expanded. For him it was a big challenge - to keep the mission a secret. His contribution to his team was too much. They were successful in making their Nuclear weapon.
