Depression– How to overcome it?
People would go through depression at some point of time in their life. But it is even more shocking that some people have started living with it. Well, depression might turn out to be mild, severe, or moderate. There might be several external events or internal events that create depression.
★Exercise
This is so good for your physical as well as mental health. When you do any form of exercise. You could do any of your favorite activities such as swimming, running, or walking, and thus you could feel a sudden impact on your well-being. it would actually enhance your mood as well.
★Journaling
Journaling helps control your symptoms and improve your mood by Helping you prioritize problems, fears, and concerns. Tracking any symptoms day-to-day so that you can recognize triggers and learn ways to better control them. And it is now proven that writing down all your worries, tensions can give you good relief. Most probably you can write down your goals or pleasant events in your life.
★Escape mentally
Try to think about something else like 'why the color of the sky is blue?'. Or else go to a quiet place and think of pleasant thoughts. Catch up with funny movies because laughter is the best cure.
★Listen to music
Probably listening to music could help you reduce your depression. Even studies have proved it that music can oppress 25% of your depression and make you shake your hips.
★Dedicate your time to sun
The first and foremost thing you gotta do is to get more sunlight every morning. As a lack of vitamin D can be a reason for being diagnosed with depression. You should have to ensure to get blessings of sun.
